Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Denver, CO is seeking a Recruitment, Training & Onboarding Specialist to build and sustain a high-performing independent contractor driver workforce for new client implementations and ongoing operations.

You will own the driver recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning, candidate sourcing, contracting, onboarding, training, to early-stage retention—while collaborating with RAMs, RACs, LCs, and operations leadership in a hybrid, travel-heavy role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
3–5 years in client services, implementation, logistics, or compliance-related roles.
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own driver recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding and early retention.
Develop proactive recruiting strategies and manage budgets and advertising platforms.
Coordinate onboarding, training, and evaluation to ensure readiness for client implementations.
Collaborate with RAMs, RACs, LCs and Operations leadership on staffing plans and execution.
Create, deliver, and maintain training materials for drivers and field staff.
