Job summary

Knight Transportation is seeking a Driver Recruiter Support to streamline onboarding for our driver workforce at the North Phoenix location. You will coordinate pre-employment tasks and drug screening, serving as the main contact for drivers, recruiters, and leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across onboarding, scheduling, and audits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' office administrative experience required.
• Previous experience making travel arrangements preferred.
• HSD or equivalent required.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must possess outstanding communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all drivers have an outstanding onboarding experience by scheduling pre-employment screening appointments and assisting in the completion of Pre-DQP tasks.
• Manage relationships and interface with drivers, recruiters and leadership.
• Set up drug screen testing on nationwide basis. Enter drug screen data and conduct drug screen traces as needed.
• Assist Drivers through the physical process from start to completion, acting as main point of contact.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in audits.
• Book transportation to and from pre-employment screening if necessary.
• Ensure Pre-DQP tasks are sent, reviewed, and followed up on for completion prior to DQP attendance.
• Assist Recruiting and Driver Qualification in the onboarding process.
• Proactively works to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
