Aston Carter is recruiting for a Driver Recruiter Lead Caller in Cedar Rapids, IA. This contract role focuses on high-volume outbound calling to re-engage driver leads, quick qualification, and transfer to Recruiters.

Ideal for candidates with call center or high-volume customer service experience who are persistent and comfortable on the phone. Responsibilities include logging outcomes in the ATS, maintaining lead data, and meeting daily transfer goals while working onsite in a trucking office

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work 30–40 hours per week.
• Comfort placing a high volume of outbound calls.
• Call center, telemarketing, inside sales, or high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system, CRM, or similar database preferred.
• Familiarity with the trucking or transportation industry preferred.

Aufgaben

• Place outbound calls to driver leads (≈100 per day).
• Re-engage prior applicants and leads using scripts.
• Ask approved screening questions to assess basic qualifications.
• Transfer interested candidates to a Recruiter with a summary.
• Log call outcomes and screening responses in the ATS.
• Maintain lead information and opt-out statuses.
• Honor do-not-call requests and comply with company policy.
• Refer non-qualifying questions to recruiters.
• Meet daily/weekly call volume and transfer goals.
• Receive coaching to improve call quality and conversion.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant information.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
