Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter for high-volume, light industrial hiring. The role is predominantly remote, with periodic onsite visits to an Indianapolis office.

The recruiter should live within a three-hour drive of Indianapolis and manage a large requisition load while partnering with hiring managers to fill roles quickly. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, sourcing via major platforms, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years recruiting light industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing roles.
• Experience managing 20+ requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to turn requisitions around quickly and hire promptly.
• Hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with ATS and job boards for sourcing and managing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage a requisition load of approximately 20–25 open positions.
• Recruit for light industrial roles such as machine operators, forklift operators, and warehouse staff.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Partner with leadership to update on recruiting strategy and needs.
• Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring.
