Job summary

NFI is seeking a Driver Recruiting Manager in the Camden, NJ area to design and execute strategies that grow our Driver and Independent Contractor candidate pipeline. You will collaborate with field leaders to tailor recruiting programs across advertising, job fairs, and social media to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include managing Recruiters, optimizing requisition processes, and driving data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Driver and IC Recruiters, including performance, compensation, and training.
• Oversee Driver needs and requisition tracking.
• Develop and target independent contractor opportunities.
• Drive data integrity in Tenstreet ATS and train as needed.
• Create KPIs and scorecards for Recruiting.
• Provide weekly Driver pipeline updates to Operations Leadership.
• Schedule and lead priority recruiting project meetings.
• Use data-driven metrics to source strategically by location.
• Own social media recruitment and brand presence.
• Foster relationships with internal customers and external agencies.
• Coordinate between Driver Recruiting and Driver Processing departments.

Overview

The Driver Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase the Driver and Independent Contractor candidate pipeline. The Driver Recruiting Manager will work with field leaders to understand the needs of the business to develop, manage, and facilitate the execution of Driver recruiting, including advertising, job fairs, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage Driver and IC Recruiters in all aspects including performance management, compensation, and training
• Manage Driver Needs and Requisition Tracking
• Develop & Target Independent Contractor Opportunities
• Drive Data Integrity Initiatives in Tenstreet ATS and provide training as needed
• Develop and Manage Recruiters KPI’s and scorecards
• Provide weekly Driver pipeline updates to Operations Leadership
• Schedule and Lead Calls/Meetings for Priority Recruiting Projects
• Use data-driven metrics to build creative and location specific sourcing strategies
• Responsible for the full utilization of the social media recruitment
• Builds quality relationships with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
• Active Liaison between Driver Recruiting and Driver Processing Departments

• Computer applications experience using MS Office
• Computer applications experience using TMW systems helpful

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $70,145.40 - 93,527.20USD Annual. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
