Job summary

NFI is seeking a Driver Qualification Processor in Waxahachie, TX to handle qualification reports, verifications, and related onboarding activities for new applicants. You will work with recruiters and operations to ensure accurate, timely processing while maintaining compliance with DOT requirements.

The role requires 2–4 years in recruiting or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, safety, customer service, sales or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and recruiting technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, typing and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting to engage potential applicants.

Responsibilities

• Complete employment verifications for pre-qualified applicants.
• Process and approve or deny rehire requests.

• Ensure DOT file completeness within 30 days of application.
• Maintain accurate status updates in ATS and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate testing logistics with hiring managers/recruiters.
• Provide quality control on files including I-9 and signed policies.

Job description

Overview

The Driver Qualification Processor is responsible for processing qualification reports, documents, and conducting qualification related activities of new applicants in a time and effective manner. Conduct communication with recruiters and operation on needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete all employment verifications for pre-qualified new applicants upon notification from a Driver Recruiter.
• Process and approve or deny rehire request.
• Order all required onboarding reports.
• Review PSP for compliance and approval.
• Review employment reports and process those individuals who meet NFI and DOT criteria.
• Follow up and ensure proper completion of unemployment/self-employment verifications.
• Coordinate with hiring manager or recruiter to schedule clinic required testing; retrieve and upload clinic results.
• Update status through ATS for new hire paperwork and require documents to assure file is compliant.
• Ensure DOT employment file is properly completed according to qualification guidelines within thirty (30) days of application date.
• Provide quality control and follow through on file completion (including complete and correct I-9, signed policies and procedures, complete and signed confirmation application and all other paperwork completed correctly).

Qualifications

We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $25.50/HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
