Knight Transportation, a leading truckload carrier, is hiring a Driver Recruiter leader to maintain staffing and growth for all fleets. You will drive recruitment strategy and ensure compliance with DOT rules while developing recruiters across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• 2+ years transportation experience required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate and utilize statistical information.
• Strong problem solving and people-m leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Driver Recruiter process and develop plans to maintain staffing across Company fleets.
• Manage driver recruiting to comply with federal and state employment laws and DOT rules.
• Achieve regional growth/hiring goals set by leadership.
• Coach and supervise recruiters to improve performance and development.
• Maintain relationships with Terminal Managers and leaders to meet business needs.
• Support driver website and job board alignment with department objectives.
• Direct training and data integrity for the Driver Recruiting staff.
• Drive recruiter performance to meet department and company goals.
• Collaborate across areas (Dedicated, Job Creation, Coordinators) as needed.
• Assist others in achieving organizational objectives.
