Job summary

TransForce is seeking a Recruiter to manage full life-cycle sourcing, interviewing, and placement of qualified drivers for open orders. You will leverage internal and external sources to meet regional hiring goals and support customer success.

The role emphasizes relationship building, collaboration with Sales and Operations, and adherence to safety and transportation regulations to maintain a strong driver pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2 years of successful recruiting experience preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals.
• General knowledge of applicable employment and transportation regulations.
• Requires superior relationship building skills, strong communications, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiencies in Microsoft Office and web-based software.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing of quality applications in quantities which allow TransForce to meet company hiring goals.
• Seek local sources for high quality applicants at a competitive cost and build relationships within local communities.
• Interview and sell drivers on Employment Solutions, focusing on Open Orders that align with candidate needs.
• Collaborate with Driver Hiring Specialist and Market Manager to ensure timely approvals and proper job fit.
