Groendyke Transport, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead our driver recruiting strategy and oversee recruiting operations. You will manage a high-performing team, partner with Driver Operations and HR, and drive hiring results across the organization.

The role emphasizes developing people, improving processes, and using data to stay ahead of industry trends. Travel to company locations and recruiting events will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruiting team.
• Develop strategies to attract CDL drivers and other talent.
• Partner with Driver Operations and hiring leaders to meet staffing goals.
• Oversee candidate engagement, onboarding, and recruiting operations.
• Monitor recruiting performance, compliance, and hiring metrics.
• Manage advertising, sourcing, and employee referrals.
• Analyze data and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT to improve recruiting tech and reporting.
• Travel to company locations and recruiting events as needed.
