Qualifications

• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming recruiting calls and guide qualified prospects to complete applications.
• Convert inquiries into full applications and maintain a steady candidate pipeline.
• Keep conversations focused and efficient; follow up with applicants who paused their process.
• Coordinate and schedule Zoom interviews and recruiter calls.
• Maintain confidential candidate information and provide timely status updates.
