Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Reading, PA is seeking a Driver Hiring Specialist to source, interview, and hire professional truck drivers for Penske Logistics. You will be the face of Penske candidates and guide them through the hiring process while supporting operations across the United States and Canada.

This role requires high energy, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems, including Salesforce.com and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with keen attention to detail for documenting/record keeping.
• Ability to listen, type, and accurately capture information simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilités

• Source and manage driver leads via inbound/outbound calls, email, social media, resumes, and referrals.
• Take phone applications and ensure completeness per DOT requirements.
• Conduct phone/video interviews and ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications.
