The position involves active participation in recruitment campaigns, follow-ups with candidates, and representing the company at job fairs and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance practices relevant to drivers.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing driver candidates.
• Understanding of driver retention strategies and relation-building with drivers.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Proven customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in transportation recruitment is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education a plus.

Responsabilités

• Source, contact, and qualify professional drivers through phone, email, events, and online platforms.
• Manage the driver application process and conduct initial screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate background checks and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and support onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams and contribute to retention initiatives.
• Represent National Carriers at job fairs and industry events as needed.
