CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiting Partner – Driver Recruiting to support professional driver hiring efforts in Fort Wayne, IN.

This onsite role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, engaging drivers, and guiding candidates through the hiring process with strong operational partnership. You will work closely with operations and a dedicated Recruiting Administrator to maintain pipelines, track metrics, and uphold high quality standards in a high-volume

Qualifications

• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Tenstreet ATS experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and secure qualified professional drivers.
• Build and maintain driver pipelines through proactive outreach and marketing-supported leads.
• Align hiring activity with division needs and start dates.
• Maintain relationships with CDL schools and other driver sources.
• Support hiring strategies responsive to market conditions and volume needs.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve speed to hire and candidate quality.
