Job summary

The Evans Network of Companies (ENOC) in Schuylkill Haven, PA is seeking a Driver Qualification Support Coordinator to streamline the pre-qualification process. You will coordinate documentation, drug testing, data entry, and communications with Agents, Drivers, and truck owners to ensure timely updates and activation of drivers and trucks.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced safety environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Establish and foster relationships with Agents, Drivers, and truck owners
• Promptly field phone and email communications from Agents, Drivers, and truck owners
• Provide proactive updates to agents pertaining to Driver qualification statuses
• Coordinate Driver drug testing; schedule the drug screen and send details to Drivers
• Accurately enter data into various systems
• Gather lease documents from truck owners and enter applicable data into 360
• Coordinate with Welcome Box team to activate Drivers and trucks
• Other duties as assigned
