Description
The Driver Qualification Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the front-end Driver qualification and onboarding process by coordinating required documentation, drug testing, data entry, and communication with Agents, Drivers, and truck owners. This position serves as a key point of contact throughout the pre-qualification stage, providing timely updates on Driver qualification statuses, gathering lease documentation, entering information into applicable systems, and coordinating with internal teams to support the activation of Drivers and trucks. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced Safety environment.
