Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) for full-time employment. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors, helping them live safely and comfortably in our centers or in participants' homes.

The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative, compassionate approach. A valid state driver's license is required as you will travel throughout the service area, including participants' homes and appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments.
• Observe and report changes in participant condition to the care team.
• Document care in Alaya Care accurately.
• Participate in team discussions and quality improvement.
• Communicate with scheduling staff regarding participant needs.
