Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) for a full-time role serving seniors across our Ohio service area. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support in centers or participant homes, with the ability to adjust schedules and travel as needed.

A valid driver’s license is required; mileage is reimbursed. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health options, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with seniors is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments.
• Observe and report changes in participant condition.
• Document care in Alaya Care.
• Maintain flexibility to adjust schedules as needed.
