Final Mile in Atlanta is seeking a Driver Manager to oversee a fleet of 30-35 company drivers. You will drive day-to-day execution, performance improvement, and positive employee relations within the fleet.

You will conduct regular reviews, enforce corrective actions, and ensure FMCSA compliance while leveraging Omnitracs and payroll processes. This leadership role offers growth opportunities within a high-performance driver team.
