You will ensure FMCSA compliance, train drivers on tools like Omnitracs and payroll processes, and work with load planners to enhance productivity and on-time deliveries. The role requires strong leadership and proactive problem-solving.

• Monitor driver utilization and coordinate with load planners to boost productivity.
• Resolve driver payroll discrepancies and authorize pay adjustments when needed.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and Code of Conduct.
• Support load planning and recovery of loads.
