Qualifications

• Experience with DOT Requirements, CSA expectations and Safety procedures.
• 4+ years truck transportation industry experience or 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management position.
• Highly proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching, load planning and customer service for drivers.
• Maintain driver calendar and manage time-off requests.
• Track and discuss safety, compliance and service issues with drivers.
• Review driver performance and ensure on-time service targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Safety and HR on disciplinary actions and training.
