Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year in operations experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with safety, labor relations, and CBA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver workforce and dispatch operations daily.
• Ensure training and retraining according to procedures.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback using data and DOT logs.
• Manage staffing, coverage, and on-time performance in real time.
• Enforce appearance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR on personnel matters and labor relations.
• Ensure compliance with the CBA and grievance processes.
