Job summary

Marten in Wisconsin seeks a Driver Relations Coordinator to serve as the drivers' representative in operations, manage driver performance, and act as a communications link to drivers and customers. This role supports the customer service team and provides backup to the regional customer service manager.

You will monitor on-time performance, load details, and service reporting, coordinate loads, and supervise trailer pools.

Responsibilities

• Assist or manage a fleet for on-time pickup and delivery performance, hours of service compliance and driver availability.
• Ensure drivers understand all details of customer and company expectations on each load at dispatch.
• Daily accounting of all assigned trucks and drivers.
