Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safety as priority and foster a safety culture.
• Plan and deploy field resources to meet customer needs.
• Monitor direct report performance and support development.
• Coordinate driver training and competency programs.
• Oversee fleet and warehouse activities, audits, and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day driver activities and route optimization.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety procedures across the district.
• Collaborate with account managers, field managers and customers.
