Greyhound is seeking a Driver Manager in New York to oversee a team of drivers, ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations, and optimize route efficiency. You will lead, train, and evaluate drivers, while collaborating with HR on personnel matters and labor relations.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in transportation or logistics, and the ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks efficiently. A 10% bonus may apply to leadership performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in operations leadership; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to exercise diplomacy, judgment, and discretion with union officials.
• Safety, Workers Compensation, Labor relations, and CBA experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Interviews, selects, trains, and manages the driver workforce.
• Ensures all personnel have been trained and/or retrained according to procedures.
• Follows up with new drivers on performance.
• Manages driver dispatch for route personnel and coverage.
• Monitors on-time performance and driver attendance.
• Ensures drivers are properly credentialed to operate CMV.
• Collaborates with HR on personnel matters and labor relations.
• Ensures compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
