Werner Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Driver Support Representative to ensure a positive, organized terminal experience for drivers onsite in Lithia Springs, GA.

You will act as the primary liaison for onboarding, travel, orientation, equipment familiarization, and terminal directions. Responsibilities include coordinating driver assignments, educating on equipment use, and maintaining driver data, with a focus on proactive support and timely, reliable attendance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL preferred.
• 3–5 years transportation experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact and owner of all drivers at the terminal.
• Deliver Driver Orientation and Werner Welcome Experience.
• Assign drivers to tractors and maintain driver data in iSeries planning grid.
• Educate drivers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Proactively reach out to drivers to ensure expectations are met.
• Document interactions and resolutions during the welcome experience.
• Attend to other duties as assigned and maintain timely attendance.
