Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include effective written and verbal communication.
• 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced office or call center.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office Programs and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with driver-applicants through communication to ensure onboarding readiness.
• Document all applicant contact across systems to improve communications and compliance.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel details with internal partners for onboarding.
• Arrange pre-employment drug tests to meet DOT and company standards.
• Share pertinent information with safety, operations, and compliance teams across systems.
• Screen and schedule applicants for onboarding and gather DOT paperwork before hire.
• Balance inbound and outbound calls within a call center.
