Qualifications

• Must have strong coaching and accountability for drivers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory standards.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office and online tools.
• Transportation industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in map reading and navigation.
