A leading logistics company located in Northlake, Illinois, seeks a Driver Manager to lead a fleet of 30-40 drivers. In this role, you will develop high-performing drivers through coaching and manage their availability to maximize productivity. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Over The Road Transportation as a Driver Manager, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work in high-pressure situations.
