Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.

Responsibilities

• Verify applicant identity documents and review application information
• Administer written knowledge exams and conduct basic vision screenings
• Enter customer information and test results into on-line licensing systems
• Respond to customer questions and explain requirements for services
• Process renewals, duplicates, transfers, and other license-related requests
• Follow REAL ID, Title VI, fee waiver, and safety policies and procedures
