Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Driver License Examiner Assistant for the Dublin licensing center to help customers complete licensing and identification processes with accuracy and compliance.

You will verify identifications, administer basic tests, enter data, and guide customers through license services while following applicable regulations. The role operates full-time with a Monday–Saturday schedule and requires PA residency.

Responsibilities

• Verify Identification: Verify applicant identity documents and review application information
• Administer Tests: Administer written knowledge exams and conduct basic vision screenings
• Enter Data: Enter customer information and test results into on‑line licensing systems
• Provide Guidance: Respond to customer questions and explain requirements for services
• Process Transactions: Process renewals, duplicates, transfers, and other license‑related requests
• Follow Regulations: Follow REAL ID, Title VI, fee waiver, and safety policies and procedures
