Qualifications

• Must meet PA residency requirement.
• Must pass Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, review identification, and guide applicants through required forms.
• Give standardized knowledge tests and conduct basic vision screenings.
• Enter applicant information and test results into licensing software systems.
• Explain licensing requirements and answer questions about available services.
