Qualifications

• Experience in office and administrative support handling applications and exams.
• Ability to review documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Authorized to work in the United States; pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Review and process applications, verify documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel exams and maintain accurate records.
• Perform daily CDLIS checks and ensure FMCSA-mandated certifications meet requirements.
• Communicate with driving schools and support internal branch operations.
• Interpret and apply policies to real-world licensing scenarios.
