Responsibilities

• Input test results and application details into online licensing software systems.
• Explain licensing requirements, REAL ID rules, CDL processes, and related driver services.
• Process forms, produce restoration letters, and apply correct fee waiver codes when required.
• Assess surroundings, follow safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.
