Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year college/technical school plus one year related experience.
• Proven high-touch customer service and follow-up experience.
• CDL driver recruiting/recruiting support experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle or other ATS preferred.
• Experience mining candidate resume databases and phone screening applicants preferred.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; internet savvy.
• Good sense of humor; able to handle stress and competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and phone comfort.
• Highly technically savvy (internet, cloud apps, cell phone/text messaging).

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls to main line.
• Prescreen new leads and applicants.
• Submit MVR checks for driver candidates.
• Schedule phone interviews with hiring specialists.
• Document candidate conversations in Salesforce and Oracle.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
