Qualifications

• Requires high-touch customer service and follow-up experience.
• Proficiency with telephone prescreening and candidate interaction.
• Experience using Salesforce and Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls to main line.
• Prescreen new leads and applicants.
• Submit motor vehicle record (MVR) checks for driver candidates.
• Schedule phone interviews with hiring specialists.
• Document candidate conversations in Salesforce and Oracle.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
