Job summary

DSV is seeking a Driver Helper (Tech) in Georgetown, TX to support the safe, compliant, and precise delivery and installation of high-value equipment from warehouse locations to Data Center Operations (DCO) sites. This role requires operating effectively within active construction and data center environments while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with white-glove deliveries and data center logistics preferred.
• Ability to safely move and position heavy equipment in controlled environments.
• Proficiency with POD systems and handheld devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with deliveries to Data Center Operations sites.
• Support loading, unloading, and securing freight for safe transport.
• Assist with installation and placement of server systems and equipment.
• Perform installation support in confined areas and ensure safety procedures.
• Complete POD documentation and verify shipment accuracy.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to PPE standards.
• Communicate with drivers, site personnel, and management.
• Identify and escalate operational issues and safety concerns promptly.
