This position requires regular driver performance reviews and corrective action when needed. You will become proficient with Transportation Management Systems and partner with load planning to optimize deliveries.

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with performance reviews.
• Ability to implement corrective actions and motivate a workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver performance by setting expectations and reviews.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for all drivers.
• Resolve driver issues and improve retention and utilization.
• Train drivers on tools and payroll processes.
• Monitor schedules, time off, holidays, and payroll discrepancies.
• Support load planning and timely deliveries.
