Job summary

Hub Group is seeking a Driver Manager to oversee 30-35 company drivers, focusing on safety, service, utilization and retention. You will conduct regular reviews, implement corrective actions, and ensure data accuracy in Transportation Management Systems.

Responsibilities include managing driver performance, safety compliance, payroll coordination, and maintaining trust within a high-performance team while supporting load planning and on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 30-35 company drivers and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Ensure safety, service, utilization and retention of drivers; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and implement corrective actions for performance issues; enforce FMCSA compliance.
