Qualifications

• Ability to train, mentor, and conduct driver performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver performance, set expectations, conduct reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety and regulatory performance; apply corrective actions.
• Resolve issues with drivers and ensure FMCSA compliance.
• Train drivers in tools like Omnitracs and payroll processes.
• Track driver schedules, time off, holidays, and vacations.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and manage pay adjustments.
• Coordinate with load planners to improve driver productivity.
• Enforce company policies and foster a high-performance culture.
• Support load planning for re-planning and recovery.
• Monitor deliveries/pickups and alert plans of at-risk loads.
