Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Driver Compliance Specialist to oversee driver documentation, credential management, and compliance tracking. You will audit files, monitor licensing renewals, and coordinate with drivers to ensure records are complete and up-to-date.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to support regulatory readiness and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, administration, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor driver qualifications, licensing requirements, certifications, permits, and renewal deadlines.
• Ensure driver files remain complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine audits of driver records and documentation.
• Track compliance metrics and proactively address deficiencies.
• Coordinate with drivers to obtain missing or updated documentation.
