Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers who completed routes and verify returned products.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed on returns.
• Note delivery exceptions on invoices and reports.
• Inspect returned products for restocking or credit decisions.
• Assign correct reason and damage codes on invoices.
• Organize returns and count items to match sheets and invoices.
• List overages and re-enter stock into inventory.
