Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record quantities and values of returned merchandise for inventory.
• Inspect returned products and determine restocking or credit needs.
• Note delivery exceptions on invoices and reports.
• Coordinate with Credit Services on missed collections and issues.
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed in returns.
