Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of an organization.
• Excellent listening skills to facilitate two-way communication.
• Can perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers who have completed routes by verifying returned products, signed invoices, and pallet counts.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols were followed and coordinate with Food Safety personnel for issues.
• Note delivery exceptions on invoices or delivery reports and adjust accordingly.
• Inspect returned products to determine restocking or credit eligibility and document findings.
• Assign appropriate reason codes on invoices for processing; apply damage codes when needed.
• Separate and stage returned items for processing and count to ensure quantity accuracy.
• Record overages on the return sheet to re-enter product into inventory promptly.
