Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a finance-oriented associate to check in drivers after routes, count returned products, and maintain records of quantity, type, and value for efficient processing. You will inspect returns, document issues, and determine restocking or credit eligibility.

The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in reporting, and strong English communication skills; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with pallet jack and/or forklift preferred.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers who completed routes and verify returned products.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols and coordinate with Food Safety personnel.
• Note delivery exceptions on invoices and reports.
• Inspect returned products for restocking or credit decisions.
• Count returned items to ensure they match return sheets and invoices.
• Update inventory by re-entering available stock into the system.
