Job summary

Hope Network is hiring Bus Drivers to join our transportation team. You will safely operate Hope Network vehicles, assist passengers, and provide a clean, secure ride while representing the organization on the road.

We seek safety-minded individuals with excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate clearly with dispatch and teammates. Local routes mean you’ll be home daily with potential overtime and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License (or ability to obtain).
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and assist passengers.
• Pass DOT physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
• HIPAA compliance required.

Hope Network is hiring Bus Drivers to join our transportation team! As a driver, you’ll make a difference every day by safely transporting passengers and providing excellent customer service while representing the Hope Network mission on the road.

What You’ll Do

Safely operate Hope Network vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies

Assist passengers, ensure they are secured, and provide a safe, comfortable ride

Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel as needed, and complete daily logs/reports

Follow emergency procedures and passenger safety rules

Communicate with dispatch and customer care using two-way radio

Represent Hope Network with professionalism and kindness

What We’re Looking For

Passionate about safety and providing excellent customer service

Comfortable following traffic laws, procedures, and safety rules

Friendly, reliable, and a strong communicator

Previous experience as a bus driver, shuttle driver, rideshare driver, or chauffeur is a plus

What You Bring

Valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License (or ability to obtain)

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and assist passengers as needed

Pass DOT physical exam, drug screen, and background check

Ability to comply with HIPAA standards
