Job summary

The Kidz Club PPEC in Lexington, KY seeks a caring, dependable Bus Driver to transport children along pre-planned routes. You will be a familiar, trusted face families rely on every day, supporting children and teams with a warm, safety-first approach.

Full hands-on training is provided to set you up for success from day one, and a benefits package accompanies a full-time role committed to safety and quality care for every child.

Qualifications

• Love of driving and calm, patient nature.
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps and basic computer systems.
• Physical ability to safely assist children with boarding, exiting and mobility needs.
• Commitment to safety, reliability and providing excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport kids to and from the center along pre-planned routes.
• Keep passengers comfortable, secure, and happy on every trip.
• Assist children on and off the bus, providing physical support as needed.
• Perform simple daily vehicle safety checks.
• Communicate warmly with families and staff.
• Use smartphone apps and digital systems to manage routes, record trips, and complete straightforward reports.

About The Role

• Safely transport our kids to and from our center along pre-planned routes
• Keep passengers comfortable, secure, and happy on every trip
• Assist children on and off the bus, providing physical support where needed for children of all ages and sizes
• Perform simple daily vehicle safety checks
• Communicate warmly with families and staff
• Use smartphone apps and digital systems to manage routes, record trips, and complete straightforward reports

Full hands-on training is provided - we'll set you up for success from day one!

You'll thrive in this role if you have...

• A love of driving and a calm, patient nature
• Confidence using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems as part of your daily work
• The physical ability to safely assist children with boarding, exiting, and other mobility needs when required
• Must be 21 or older
• A commitment to safety, reliability, and providing excellent care for every child
