Job summary

Hope Network is hiring Bus Drivers to join our transportation team. You will safely operate Hope Network vehicles, assist passengers, and provide a clean, secure ride while representing the organization on the road.

We seek safety-minded individuals with excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate clearly with dispatch and teammates. Local routes mean you’ll be home daily with potential overtime and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License (or ability to obtain).
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and assist passengers.
• Pass DOT physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
• HIPAA compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Hope Network vehicles in compliance with traffic laws.
• Assist passengers, ensure they are secured, and provide a safe ride.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily logs/reports.
• Follow emergency procedures and passenger safety rules.
• Communicate with dispatch using two-way radio.
• Represent Hope Network with professionalism and kindness.
