Job summary

Hope Network is seeking dedicated bus drivers to safely transport passengers on local routes and provide outstanding customer service. You will represent the Hope Network mission, ensure passenger safety, and maintain daily logs while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and assist passengers as needed.
• Pass DOT physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
• Ability to comply with HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel as needed, and complete daily logs/reports

Hope Network is hiring Bus Drivers to join our transportation team! As a driver, you’ll make a difference every day by safely transporting passengers and providing excellent customer service while representing the Hope Network mission on the road.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate Hope Network vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
• Assist passengers, ensure they are secured, and provide a safe, comfortable ride
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel as needed, and complete daily logs/reports
• Follow emergency procedures and passenger safety rules
• Communicate with dispatch and customer care using two-way radio
• Represent Hope Network with professionalism and kindness

What We're Looking For

• Passionate about safety and providing excellent customer service
• Comfortable following traffic laws, procedures, and safety rules
• Friendly, reliable, and a strong communicator
• Previous experience as a bus driver, shuttle driver, rideshare driver, or chauffeur is a plus

What You Bring
