Paxon North America, Inc. is seeking a Driver to operate motorized equipment in a fulfillment center and support daily warehousing tasks. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards while supporting multiple areas of the facility.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Operate stock picker, turret truck, reach truck, pallet jack; pick, pull, or replenish products.
• Meet production standards in a fast-paced environment; maintain safety and quality.
• Assist in daily sanitation and maintain a hazard-free production area.

Role Summary

The Driver in a fulfillment center operates motorized equipment up to and including a stock picker, reach truck, pallet jack, dock stocker and turret truck.

Responsibilities

• Ability to go to a location and pick, pull, put away, or replenish product using a stock picker, turret truck, reach truck and/or pallet runner.
• Meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in the daily sanitation of assigned area to insure an efficient, safe, hazard free production environment.
• Report any incident or situation which might cause accident or injury to self or others.
• Exhibit the daily commitment to quality and productivity.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
• Adapt to changes in process and procedures.
• Flexibly work in various areas of the Fulfillment Center as volume demands.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental objectives.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Driver must be on equipment 50% or more during scheduled shift to receive Driver’s Pay.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations.
• Ability to be certified and licensed to operate high lift as well as other types of powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have good vision and hearing for verbal communication and forklift safety.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal interaction and social skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Travel

• This position is remote.
• Travel is not required.

Hours: Sunday to Wednesday 8:00pm - 6:30am.
