Job summary

Paxon, located in Rialto, CA, is hiring a Driver for our Rialto Distribution Center. This regular, day-shift role is not remote.

You will operate stock picker, turret truck, reach truck, and pallet equipment within a fast-paced fulfillment environment while upholding safety and quality standards. The position offers pay from $37,950 to $49,390 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth at a growing global logistics network.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations.
• Ability to be certified and licensed to operate high lift as well as other types of powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ability to go to a location and pick, pull, put away, or replenish product using a stock picker, turret truck, reach truck and/or pallet runner.
• Meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in the daily sanitation of assigned area to insure an efficient, safe, hazard free production environment.
• Report any incident or situation which might cause accident or injury to self or others.
• Exhibit the daily commitment to quality and productivity.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
• Adapt to changes in process and procedures.
• Flexibly work in various areas of the Fulfillment Center as volume demands.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental objectives.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Driver must be on equipment 50% or more during scheduled shift to receive Driver’s Pay.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Role Summary

The Driver in a fulfillment center operates motorized equipment up to and including a stock picker, reach truck, pallet jack, dock stocker and turret truck.
